Made-to-Order, Final Sale
Every Lindsay King garment is handcrafted to order. Because each piece is made specifically for you — with individually cut patterns, tailored finishes, and limited-edition textiles — all sales are final.
One-Time Size Exchange (Optional)
To support fit confidence, we’ll honour one size exchange per order when the following conditions are met:
• Request Window: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lindsayking.co with your order number.
• Condition: Garment must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original packaging.
• Exclusions: Custom measurements or alterations, rentals, sale items, and pieces made from limited textiles that are no longer available.
• Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping (tracked and insured).
• Production Time: Replacement pieces follow our standard timelines — 3–4 weeks, or 4–6 weeks during peak season (September–December).
• Fabric Availability: If the original textile is no longer available, we’ll notify you before confirming the exchange.
How to Start a Size Exchange Request
Email hello@lindsayking.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the size you originally ordered, and the new size requested.
Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions and next steps to ensure your exchange is processed smoothly.
Damages & Quality Assurance
Every garment is carefully inspected before shipping. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@lindsayking.co within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll review your concern and work with you to find a fair resolution.
Fit & Customization Support
We encourage thoughtful purchasing. Please review our size guide or contact us prior to ordering — we’re happy to assist with sizing or customization questions before your piece is made.
Additional Notes
Cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All made-to-order garments are considered final sale, aside from the one-time size exchange outlined above.
