Shipping Policy
Each Lindsay King garment is handcrafted to order in Canada.
Because we operate on a made-to-order and pre-order model, please allow time for the creation and careful preparation of your piece before it ships.
Processing Time
All garments — including the Statement Collection and Red Collection — are made to order.
Please allow 3–4 weeks for production and processing.
During peak season (September through December), production may extend to 4–6 weeks.
Once your garment is complete, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Packaging
Your order will arrive beautifully packaged:
• Outerwear includes a branded Lindsay King garment bag.
• All pieces are carefully placed in a corrugated delivery carton for safe transit.
Each order is inspected and packaged by hand to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Canadian Shipping
All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or Purolator.
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
U.S. Shipping
All U.S. orders are made in Canada and shipped from within the United States via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.
Because shipments originate from within the U.S., no import duties or additional taxes apply for American customers.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the UK, Europe, and New Zealand via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or Purolator.
Shipping times vary based on destination and customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For international destinations (outside Canada and the U.S.), your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT once it reaches your country.
Lindsay King is not responsible for these additional charges — they are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy & Redirection
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are unable to reroute or redirect orders once a package has shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Lindsay King is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your parcel, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
